For the most sustainable care, we recommend washing your KLAYD product as little as possible, and opt for handwashing with an eco-friendly detergent. This minimises the use of washing machines, and is a gentler process that will help your piece last longer.

At KLAYD, we carefully prepare each order to ensure every piece reaches you in its best form.

We currently dispatch all orders every Tuesday and Friday. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

We use Royal Mail 48 Tracked for all orders, which typically delivers within 2–4 business days across the UK. Shipping is charged at £3.99.

Please note that processing and delivery times may vary slightly during launches or high-demand periods, but we always do our best to send your order as soon as possible.

All orders delivery to Scottish Highlands and UK Offshore islands post-codes will be delivered via Royal Mail 48 Tracked Standard Delivery.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes we do! Please bear in mind that our shipping fees do not include taxes and duties, and that duties and taxes incurred on international shipments are to be paid by the customer. 

We offer two tracked services couriers: Royal Mail (Standard Delivery) & DHL (Express Delivery).
