Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of your order arriving, provided all conditions below are met.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

1. Be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached (For hygiene reasons, please wear underwear when trying items on)
2. Be free from marks or stains, including makeup, fake tan or deodorant
3. Have no signs of perfume, smoke or pet hair
4. Be returned with the original polybag packaging
5. Items returned must match the correct barcode on the polybag packaging

Returns that do not meet these criteria will be declined. If this happens, we will contact you with the reason.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please submit your request via our Return Portal and follow the instructions provided.

Each order must be returned separately. We are unable to accept returns for multiple orders in one parcel.

Archive Items

Items marked as Archive Pieces are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
No cash or card refunds are offered for sale or archive items, unless the item is faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty or defective, we will offer a refund or replacement in line with UK consumer law.

Faults reported within 14 days of delivery can be submitted via the Return Portal

Faults reported after 14 days and up to 6 months from purchase should be emailed to contact@klayd.uk, including your name, email and order number

All faulty items are reviewed by our quality control team.

Refunds

Returns are processed within 5 working days of reaching our warehouse.
Please allow up to 14 working days for refunds to appear in your original payment method.

Store credit will be issued as a code and is valid for 12 months.

Please keep proof of postage until your return is complete.

Return Shipping Fees

UK returns: £3.50 per return. Only the product value is refunded.

International returns: Return shipping, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges are not available for international orders.

Faulty items: Return shipping costs will be fully refunded.

Exchanges are FREE of charge
Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery.
