Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Please bare in mind, duties and taxes incurred on international shipments are to be paid by the customer. 

We have two couriers for international shipping: Royal Mail (Standard Delivery) & DHL (Express Delivery)

Once an order leaves our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for those lost or stolen packages.

Yes, all of our products come in sizes XS to 4XL.

For the most sustainable care, we recommend washing your KLAYD product as little as possible, and opt for handwashing with an eco-friendly detergent. This minimises the use of washing machines, and is a gentler process that will help your piece last longer.

We recognise that our industry urgently needs to address the climate crisis and we know that environmentally sustainable practices are absolutely essential. We’ve built eco-conscious practices into our brand from the beginning to ensure we’re taking steps in the right direction. 

• All our designs are made with recycled materials and eco-friendly fabrics. Our signature KLAYD collection uses 75% Recycled Polyester to reduce landfill waste and our COMFORT collection uses LenzingTM Viscose, the sustainable standard for eco-responsible viscose. 
• Our tote bags are made of unused, reclaimed fabrics to minimise the need to create new materials. 
• Our packaging bag is made from cassava-based fully biodegradable materials.
• Our boxes are made from recycled materials and biodegradable ink, and are fully recyclable.

LindungiHutan is a crowd planting organisation whose mission is to empower farmers and save Indonesia from the crisis of biosphere damage and deforestation. For every one KLAYD product purchased, one tree will be planted. The Lindungi Hutan project is just one of the many social and community projects that KLAYD will be a part of. This is our commitment and we own our responsibility to build a better world.
