Return & Refund
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges up to 14 days after your order has arrived as long as they meet the following criteria:
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition. (For hygiene purposes, kindly use underwear when trying on your order).
- Returns will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued if items have marks or stains of any kind (including make-up, fake tan or deodorant marks).
- Items must not contain any sign of perfume, smoke or pet hair.
- Products must be returned along with the original polybag packaging.
- Please ensure that the item you are returning matches the correct barcode on the polybag packaging.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for sale items.

We reserve the right to decline your return items if it does not meet our criteria. In these instances, we will contact you to inform you of the reason for declining it.
Can I return multiple orders in one parcel?
At this time we cannot accept returns for multiple orders in the same parcel. If you have more than one order that needs to be returned, please ship them separately.
Can I return a faulty item?
We’ll happily offer a return or replacement for faulty or defective items within 6 months of the purchase date. The criteria for a refund must be due to a manufacturing fault and will be reviewed by our quality control team. If you are requesting a return for faulty items within 14 days after your purchase, you can request a return form our Return Portal.
If you are requesting a return for faulty items after the 14 days period, please email us at contact@klayd.uk with your name, email and order number and that you’ve received a faulty item.
How soon will I receive my refund?
Returns will be processed a maximum of 5 working days after the order has reached our warehouse. Please allow up to 14 working days to receive your refund. The refund will be made onto the same payment method used in your original purchase.
Please retain all proof of postage receipts until your returns have been completed.
Shipping fees for returns
UK: Free returns. If the customer requests a refund, we will only refund the amount of the product.
International returns: Shipping fees will be paid for by the customer and the duty and taxes incurred for the return will be deducted from your refund. We are unable to do exchanges for International orders. All International returns will be refunded.
For faulty or defective orders, we will fully refund the shipping fees incurred on your return.
